QPLS-B20 can work as a continuous or pulsed laser source, while the pulse mode supports internal trigger and external trigger, with its delay adjustable; the pulse width is adjustable, with the ultra-narrow pulse width down to 40ps and extinction ratio higher than 30dB; the pulse repetition frequency is adjustable, with the high frequency up to 1.25GHz; the luminescence power and the average photon number per pulse are adjustable, with the adjustment range up to 10^7 and high stability against environmental changes.
